Privacy statement of 123 Mail merge

123 mail merge use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The data that you enter in the Google Spreadsheet is only stored in your Google Spreadsheet. The 123 mail merge add-on reads the data from your Google Spreadsheet in which the add-on is installed. It will not access any other spreadsheets.

123 Mail merge add-on sends one or more emails on your behalf when you start the mail merge.

The add-on runs in a Google Spreadsheet Editor sidebar and uses a window prompt to display info.

oAuth consent screen

Each Google add-on also gets the userinfo.email and userinfo.profile scope. Your email address is captured to determine if you are a (free) @gmail.com user or a Google Workspace user. This information is used to determine the available Google features (e.g. script run time). Your email address might also be used to inform you about the product features / updates.


No other information is used. Your data remains your data. Your data is not read by humans and not used for any other purpose then to serve you the add-on functionality with the best experience possible. This means that we might email once a while about product features or new releases.
