See info about your body measurements in Google Fit
Use Google Fit to see and store your physical activity data
Add-on will only read your heart rate, same for weight and your steps. Hence it needs read access to your heart rate data, body measurements, physical activity data.
Connect to an external service
For doing this it needs access to the external Google Fit service. Google Fit is the only external service in use.
Allow this application to run when you are not present
Optionally you can create a periodic schedule to update your sheet.
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications.
As it is an Google Spreadsheet add-on it will display a sidebar in the spreadsheet and show relevant prompts.
Each Google add-on also gets the userinfo.email and userinfo.profile scope. Your email address is captured to determine if you are a (free) @gmail.com user or a Google Workspace user. This information is used to determine the available Google features (e.g. script run time). Your email address might also be used to inform you about the product features / updates.
No other information is used. Your data remains your data. Your data is not read by humans and not used for any other purpose then to serve you the add-on functionality with the best experience possible.
